MATERIALS
Focusing historically on cork, and recently broadened to include other sustainable input materials – some natural, some post-industrial, some post-consumer – but, all sustainable.
MANUFACTURING
We employ many cutting-edge and extremely innovative manufacturing methodologies, that not only provide our clients the ability to product differentiate in their channel or market, but it enables their sustainability stories to be shouted from the roof-tops.
SUPPORT
Together with our clients, we analyze their needs, whether it is strict manufacturing, design and production, or any derivative in between. We can take concepts and/or client designs to fruition, from development to the finished product. Design > Development > Prototyping > Packaging.
CORK
We source cork from only ‘sustainably-harvested’ sources in Portugal (using post-industrial ‘by-product’ material as the base input)
METAL
Our metallic processes use European sourced material to create our metallic pigmentation and products (passing the stricter European standards)
CONCRETE
We use a base of concretes’ natural elements along with natural water-based additives to create our flexible concrete composite surfacing
CERAMICS
Our ceramic products are made in Portugal using the finest local clay
PET
We use recycled PET (largely sourced from plastic water bottles) in the formulation of our PET products – contributing to diversion of plastics in our oceans
EVA
We work with global shoe manufacturer sourcing their by-product for use in our EVA products, effectively diverting tons of material from global landfills
